A colonial home for today

Article Abstract:

The two-story Colonial homes of Mary and Scott Schmidt was built in 1989 but it exudes an aura of the late 1700s. It has dentil molding, shutters over the windows and a tomato-red front door. Inside, the curtains are hand-stitched, potpourri fills the air and a roaring fire warms the hearth.
