One gentleman of Verona

Article Abstract:

Giuliano Hazan carries on his mother's tradition, teaching the art of Italian cooking at a sumptuous villa in northern Italy. Giuliano conducts cooking classes every spring and fall since 2000 at Villa Giona, outside Verona and explains students that there are no recipes to cook Italian food.
