The chili pepper was one of the most popular food trends of 1995. It was featured in a variety of cuisines including Mexican, Szechuan and West Indian. There are many types of chili peppers, ranging from mild to very hot. A recipe for Thai shrimp soup with lemon and jalapenos is given.

An Irish farm holiday

Irish farm food is nearly devoid of seasonings that one can enjoy the real flavor of the farm products. A typical Irish farm meal consists of roasts, trout, salmon, breads, vegetables and two potato dishes. A cabbage and potato soup called Pride of Erin Soup is also a favorite.
