Issues concerning a variety of new cookery books that focus on home cooking are presented. Reference is made to Julia's Kitchen Wisdom by Julia Child, How to Cook Without A Book by Pam Anderson and Italian Farmhouse Cookbook by Susan Herrmann Loomis.
