A cheeseburger can qualify for 'epicurean' status if the right ingredients and preparation are used. The best meat is a 'natural' ground beef which has no steroids or antibiotics. With additions of avocado, plum tomato, scallion, coriander and lemon juice, a cheeseburger is anything but 'plebeian.'
