Menus and recipes are presented for three outdoor parties: a bridal shower lunch for 10, a graduation buffet for eight and a Father's Day barbecue for six. The recipes include orange chicken with sesame and ginger, Cajun shrimp tacos with tomatillo salsa and butterflied leg of lamb with rosemary.
