Bofinger

Article Abstract:

Bofinger was founded in 1864 and was France's first brasserie. The restaurant is adorned with murals, paintings and stained glass and has attracted an elite clientele over the years. It was remodeled it in 1982, and its popularity has increased since the opera house was built close to it.
