Order No. 966 under Federal Marketing is a rule responsible for keeping UglyRipe tomatoes trapped within the borders of Florida during the winter. The newly developed UglyRipes actually have a true tomato flavor but as the name implies they are asymmetrical, lumpy and deeply creased.
