A couple in rural Vermont invited several friends over for some skiing and a hearty, pot-luck brunch in a day that proved to be satisfying, enjoyable and fun. The meal included zucchini/dill soup with bacon/thyme biscuits, wild mushroom/blue cheese omelet, lemon/pecan muffins and coconut brunch cake.
