Grand tour pulls out all the stops

Winemakers and estate owners from 13 countries attended the fifth annual Wine Spectator Grand Tour in early May 2006. The grand tour was held at the Marriott Marquis in New York City on May 2 and at the Venetian Hotel Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on May 6.

The New York Wine Experience, held in Oct 1995 in New York, New York, featured winemakers and representatives from more than 200 wineries. The sold-out event included formal and blind wine tastings and seminars on matching Asian food and wine.
