Michelin slaps San Francisco around

Article Abstract:

Michelin's 2007 Red Guide for hotels and restaurants in and around San Francisco and the Bay Area has upset the people of San Francisco since none of the restaurants from the city had received three stars. Locals of San Francisco would prefer to ignore the Michelin ratings and rely on local published recommendations, word of mouth and personal experience, much like the response of New Yorkers.

California Grill draws the crowds at Vinexpo with its flavorful cuisine

Article Abstract:

The California Grill was among the most popular restaurants that joined the Vinexpo 1995 in Bordeaux, France. Visitors, including leading French chefs, enjoyed the cuisine which included roasted salmon, potatoes and baked peaches.
