Noriega implicated in fake Champagne

Article Abstract:

Convicted wine counterfeiter Jean-Claude Remaury named Noriega as a conspirator in his attempt to begin a wine cooler business. Remaury made thousands of cases of phony Moet & Chandon Champagne, which were made in Cuba and shipped to Panama.
