The Franzia family-owned Bronco Wine Co. was the subject of a protest lodged with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Local vintners in Napa Valley protest Bronco's use of the misleading Rutherford Vineyards label on wines made with non-Napa Valley grapes.
