Redgrave plans to direct Shakespeare's 'Antony and Cleopatra' at the Public Theater in New York, NY, in Mar 1997. She will also play the role of Cleopatra. She appreciates the talent of Elizabeth Taylor, who also played Cleopatra, although Redgrave never saw Taylor in the 1963 movie.
