AIDS victim John Keets is one of 1992's Noxzema Extraordinary Teen awardees. Keets, who contracted AIDS through a blood transfusion at the age of 11, is dedicated to raising funds for AIDS research and educating the public of the dangers of AIDS.

Article Abstract:

Teenagers normally go through a phase of monotony with a negative outlook on life. Tedium can be countered by reviving interest and enthusiasm in one's surrounding. Getting involved in activities can also cure boredom.
