Using quality to create a viable disaster plan

Article Abstract:

The Deming Prize's quality points provide parameters and guidelines for creating a viable disaster plan to enable organizations to function effectively in all circumstances and recover quickly from devastation. Some of the key quality points include establishing management commitment and quality-oriented principles, reviewing the organization and collecting and disseminating information about quality. The stages, planning strategies and advantages of a viable disaster plan are discussed.
