Article Abstract:
The security equipment installation business appears to be highly litigious but disputes can be avoided by following simple guidelines. Good communication between supplier and customer is vital, sales staff must understand the capabilities of the equipment and take care to describe it accurately. The system should be designed by a experienced person and fully documented with records of all servicing and maintenance checks. It is important to have the correct form of contract. If there is a dispute, mediation can be a cheaper, quicker method of resolving difficulties.
