Article Abstract:

Information technology pervades the home and work environments of most people in the late 1990s such that they believe they can no longer function without all these technological advancements. Success in their profession requires engineers to go beyond the use of technology and calls for them to pay particular attention to the human element in relations with clients. a number of tips are suggested that would help engineers maximize their ability to promote good relationships with customers.
