Article Abstract:
Quality Progress (QP) is on its second year of overseeing colleges and universities in their pursuit of quality improvement. QP has revealed a 1992 list of schools that are making use of quality tools in their administration and giving quality-related courses and degrees to students. An overwhelming increase is seen on the year's list with 160 universities and 60 community colleges participating. In addition, QP found out that more schools are presenting seminars and courses to local businesses utilizing TQM tools.

The Congressional Forum on Quality Education was held last Sep 17, 1992 inWashington, DC and was atteded by educators nationwide. The forum was started by Rep Don Ritter and the Republican Study Committee.
