100 years of Juran
Article Abstract:
The life of Joseph M. Juran is mentioned on the event of his 100th birthday, has participated vigorously in and contributed extensively to the growth of industry, society and quality. His contribution to bring human element to quality was, by applying the concept of Pareto principle by which he stated that 80 percent of the problems arise from 20 percent of causes and management should concentrate on the 20 percent.
