The British Medical Association has published "University Employment Good Practice Guide" to help future employees in the medical field to assess employers in terms of working conditions, provisions for childcare support and opportunities for sabbaticals. The guide includes all medical schools of the U.K. offering a wide choice to the employees, especially women academics, who are searching for flexible working hours.

Branches urge a 'no' vote on pay bargaining
