Article Abstract:

A model for ethical business decision-making is proposed which incorporates deontological, teleological, and existential philosophies. Topics addressed include existentialism and rational choice, and how decision-makers can use integrate the tenets of existentialism to meet good organizational ends given certain contextual factors.
