At the Dusseldorf trade fair, the German group Alpma presented several new cheese packaging. The SC150 machine cuts round cheese segments at the rate of 150 a minute. The SAN 60/V-SE60 is reserved for packaging cheese in cardboard or wooden boxes at the rate of 60 units per minute, and the Alpma CUT 25 makes it possible to cut equal portions of cheese.

FRANCE: NESTLE'S P'TIT MENU

Nestle, the Swiss food group, has introduced P'tit Menu a line of baby food ready meals for babies 8 to 12 months old. These dishes can be heated in microwave ovens and come in trays with handles on each side so that little ones can grasp them more easily.
