Travellers are advised to obtain the correct vaccinations prior to their trip and to take anti-malarial pills if required. The tetanus vaccine is advised for all travellers, and vaccination against five main diseases may be required for a variety of countries. The diseases include malaria, yellow fever, polio, typhoid, and hepatitis A. Other diseases to be aware of include cholera, which can be caught via food and water.

Some of tips are travel insurance, problems on holidays related with stomach, coughs and colds, strains and sprains, throat infection and exposure to sun and percent of sickness in certain countries.
