A problem which occurs as a result of not cleaning the old mobile number before recycling it is highlighted through the incident of three sex texts received by Reverend from adult subscription services. The incident has raised very serious issues about the potential corruption of minors, and offence to adults with a suggestion of warning to buyers at point of sale that they might be given a recycled number.
