1992-99 GMC Yukon/Denali

Article Abstract:

General Motors Corp's redesigned, 1992-1999, full-sized, four-wheel drive GMC Yukon/Denali sport utility models feature a wheel base enlarged by five inches. Only one body style went on sale in this generation, namely, a two-door wagon with full metal roof, drop-down tailgate and separate, top-hinged rear window. This generation provides benefits in terms of air bags in the later models, anti-lock braking systems, quietness, passenger/cargo room and trailer towing capacity.

1990-96 Dodge Dakota

Article Abstract:

Regular cabs in DaimlerChrysler Corp's 1990-1996 Dodge Dakota models provide ample space for three adults. Little storage space is available behind the seats unless used-car buyers opt for the Club Cab. It is difficult to get into the rear seat, which is not sufficient for three people and provides limited knee room. Dakotas handle competently and ride well despite their size. However, the ride can get bouncy when the cargo box is empty.
