Article Abstract:
The V-6 rather then the four-cylinder engine is more ideal in Mazda's 1993-1997 MX-6 models even if the four-cylinder provides adequate performance and better fuel economy. These sports coupes deliver willing performance and spirited acceleration with the combination of the V-6 engine and five-speed manual transmission. Handling is crisp and responsive, with little body roll in tight corners. It is argued that the MX-6 and Ford's Probe rank at the top among sports coupes.

Article Abstract:
Nissan's 1990-1994 Maxima models feature new, aerodynamic sheet metal styling which eliminates the boxy look of previous-generation models. These near-luxury sedans are offered in the GXE and sporty SE trim levels. This generation provides the kind of poised front-drive handling and competent road manners that the competition has attempted to emulate. The SE model, especially, is a powerful performer with its twin-cam, V-6, 190- horsepower engine.

Article Abstract:
Nissan's 1995-1999 Maxima models feature the same front-wheel drive, V-6 power and four-door sedan styling as previous-generation models but have a more rounded design on a longer wheel base. Performance in these cars is impressive. Other virtues include dual air bags, optional anti-lock brakes, acceleration, steering, handling and ride. Used car buyers seeking for exceptional mid-sized sedans ought to test drive these Maxima models.
