1990-95 Ford Taurus

Article Abstract:

Ford Motor Co's 1990-1995 Taurus models feel composed when riding over bumps and in corners. Steering is precise and suspension movements are well-controlled. Taurus is a joy to ride as well as being surefooted and agile, with balanced handling in turns and minimal body lean. A 3.0-liter V-6 engine ensures considerably brisker passing and the optional 3.8-liter V-6 ensures noticeably stronger acceleration from a standstill. Thus, these engines are better suited for Taurus models than four-cylinder engines.

1996-99 Saturn Sedan/Wagon

Article Abstract:

The 1996-1999 Saturn Sedans and Wagons feature a fresh design. Engine and road noise in these models have been reduced, but they still fail to head the subcompact class in terms of refinement. Shift quality improved in this generation and the four-speed automatic transmission is less harsh compared to the previous generation. Despite some real improvements in this generation, however, these Saturn sedans and station wagons continue to lag behind rival models such as the Civic and Corolla.

1991-95 Saturn Sedan/Wagon

Article Abstract:

The 1991-1995 Saturn Sedans and Wagons are constructed on the same platform as the Saturn SC coupes. Front-drive notchback sedans and four- door wagons come with side body panels made from rust-proof plastic material, while hoods, trunk lids and roofs are made of steel. The single- cam engine in the SL1 and SW1 trim levels provide adequate acceleration with the manual transmission. Responsive handling and adept road holding are high points especially in the SL2 and SW2 trim levels.
