Zurich making big name for itself

Zurich offers a range of structural guarantees and inspection services which are becoming very popular within the building industry, and are now seriously compared with similar services given by the NHBC. Its five products, Newbuild, Rebuild, Newstyle, Restyle and CustomBuild, are available for all types of property through registered builders and contractors, and are designed to give flexible and reliable protection for ten years, although unlike NHBC products, most Zurich guarentees are extendable by five more years. Zurich has plans to achieve 30% market share.
