Article Abstract:
At the Grow Boating, a joint session of Transamerica Distribution Finance Co., and the National Marine Manufacturers Association, three areas of focus were identified. They are product standards and quality, timely and accurate retail sales statistics, and marketing strategy and research. The need for proper and timely communications in the task forces attending to these areas of focus is discussed.

The rise in unemployment, the caving in of once bustling companies like Enron and not in the least the effects of September 11, have forced the employees to cling to their jobs out of insecurity rather than motivation. The need to keep the communication channels open to motivate the employees is highlighted and suggestions are provided to obtain best results.
