Sedona, based in King of Prussia, PA, announced in May 2001 that it has partnered with IBM and Jack Henry and Assoc to offer small and midsize financial services institutions. This will feature a customer relationship management (CRM) solution to identify, select, retain and attract profitable customers. A CRM solution designed for this demographic is Sedona's Intarsia, an IBM DB2 application that will use the data content in Jack Henry core processing systems. Intarsia will extract customer information and enhance it with third-party business-to-business or business-to-consumer data.

With the technology, Virtual Hold's solutions will be able to exercise its functions by voice.
