MyPoints Europe was established in the UK on Sep 25, 2000. The firm is a joint venture between Expertian, which holds 81%, and MyPoints.com, which has a 19% stake. The joint venture firm is expected to have no difficulty in reaching British advertisers and getting them as enthused about the program as American advertisers are, given the 15 million members the company has in the US and the 10,000 who sign up daily.
