Roofing contractor Interstate Roofing is now offering a full range of exterior remodeling services for property management companies in Oregon, Washington and California. A recent project completed by Interstate is the replacement of sidings on the Springville Apartments in Beaverton, OR. The sidings have started to fail and have been penetrated by water causing extensive dry rot and some interior damage. Interstate recommended that the siding, Louisiana-Pacific's Strand Board Inner-Seal Siding be replaced with the Royal Residential Vinyl Siding on the exterior of the building.

Jorve Corp will open a new office and showroom in the central district of Seattle, WA. The roofing company will consolidate its operations in Kenmore and West Seattle into the new facility that will also serve as its new corporate headquarters. The new showroom will showcase various roofing materials including composition shingles, shakes, metal roofing, tile and slate. Jorve Pres Ted Jorve said the central location is crucial in serving its customers.

Hans Phillipo, president of Holland Roofing, says marketing is responsible for increasing the Florence, KY-based roofing contractor's dollar volume. Philippo adds that Holland has increased its geographical area and has added offices in five other cities besides Cincinnati, OH. He adds that the company is currently experiencing good business but admits that finding good workers is the biggest problem that they have to deal with.
