Cost model

Article Abstract:

There are many factors which must be taken into account when designing and constructing a high-quality industrial building. Potential occupiers are now seeking buildings which are adaptable and flexible and can meet their process needs in both the short and the long term. The design of the building must be adaptable to future changes in the production process, and should be made up of a series of spaces which can support different activities. It is vital to consider ways of boosting thermal performance, such as using a proprietary cladding and roofing system and standard details.
