Private residential builders should ensure their houses are of good quality and well designed after the long drawn out process of gaining planning permission, in the UK. Construction of units which look the same enables the sales team to use limited efforts to sell them. Builders ignore the possibility of an individually designed house being more attractive to purchasers. Some builders prefer to prepare a site for standard houses rather than utilize the area to encompass different types of housing development. Many areas look the same due to similar building developments.
