Recruitment efforts of Marine Industry Technical Education Council are discussed. In this context, Bill Yeargin, executive vice president of Rybovich Spencer, discussed the need to market the boating industry, and draw in skilled workers to the industry. Yeargin was talking at 2006 Conference on Marine Industry Technical Training (COMITT).
