3M has appointed Horah Direct to handle the marketing of its new dMail Personalized Direct Marketing service brand. The dMail is a Post-It notepad that the company touts can be used as a direct mail tool. The first sheet of dMail is designed as the address driver while the succeeding sheets can be personalized as memo pads, coupons and letters, with the backer card doubling as a business reply card. Horah said it will use a combination of direct mail, telemarketing, trade shows and print advertising in promoting dMail.

Kerker will promote MSI's insurance products including auto, life, liability and home lines. MSI sells its products in Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin and parts of California. Besides the insurance agency, Kerker's clientele includes US Bancorp Piper Jaffray, Buca di Beppo restaurants, 3M and Definity Health.
