Article Abstract:
Mail Abuse Prevention System LLC (MAPS) and 24/7 Exactis have agreed to postpone a trial that would pit them against each other, giving both of them additional time to prepare their cases. In Nov 2000, MAPS was ordered to remove 24/7 from its Realtime Blackhole List and retract any comments it made to Internet service providers accusing the company of distributing spam.
