Towa's lineup pf ECR, POS systems register well in speed, durability

Article Abstract:

Towa Meccs Corp of Japan has launched its new line up of electronic cash registers (ECR) and point-of-sale (POS) terminals. The TP-2000 POS terminal features a 12-in thin-film transistor full-touch LCD screen and can operate without connection to a keyboard. The ET-660 and ET-6800 models feature a flat, 128-position spill resistance keyard and uses a two-station, dot-matrix printer. The NT-2324 ECR offers many security features such as separate operator and owner keys, while the ET-3510 ECR accomodates retail operations selling low-volume, high-value items.
