Enhanced color ink-jet copiers make big splash in U.S. market

Article Abstract:

Color-copiers entering the US in 1999 have adopted ink-jet technologies that are an improvement over the original models which had poor image quality. Manufacturers have eliminated the technical problems and have developed various ink-jet techniques that include piezo and thermal methods. The rising sophistication of ink-jet printer technology has therefore resulted in a better picture quality for new copiers manufactured by Canon Inc, Seiko Epson Corp, Hewlett-Packard Co and Xerox Corp.
