Morphological and structural features of activated iron silicates: A (super 129)Xe-NMR and EPR investigation

(super 129)Xe-NMR is employed, with different iron loadings, in the characterization of the activation of two irons of two iron silicates. For monitoring the state of iron species, (super 129)Xe-NMR can be considered as an excellent tool.

Behavior of extraframework Fe sites in MFI and MCM-22 upon interaction with N2O and NO

Article Abstract:

A study on the modifications of the oxidation and coordination states of Fe species hosted inside MFI and MCM-22 framework upon template burning, N2O oxidation and NO coordination on XANES spectroscopy is performed. The results suggest that the dispersion of ironing zeolitic matrixes prepared by isomorphous substitution could also depend upon zeolitic structure.
