Article Abstract:
Mechanistic investigation on spherical assembly of the unique one-dimensional ZnO nanorods, solid nanocones or hollow prisms directed by poly ethylene glycol (PEG) with different molecular weights was carried out using spectroscopic methods. Studies reveal that both the PEG molecules aggregate to globules by interacting with zinc species in suitable solvents and englobe the zinc species at the same time.

Article Abstract:
Magnetic fluids based on copper, nickel and zinc ferrites nanostructures are successfully synthesized which offers a new way for biological applications. Using magnetization curves, the parameters of the size distribution are determined, and the obtained particles diameters are comparable to those given by the analysis of X-ray diffraction patterns.

Article Abstract:
A study on the synthesis of iron oxide, particles, tubes, and fibrils within the pores of nanoporous polycarbonate and alumina membranes is carried out. The results show that crystalline iron oxide nanotubes exhibited magnetic perpendicular anisotropy due to their magnetocrystalline and shape anisotropy.
