FRANCE: ACTIVITY MERGER FOR LERADS AND NEGMA

Article Abstract:

The French pharmaceuticals company, Lerads, has changed its name to Negma-Lerads, following a contribution of the production and sales activity, worth FFr 450mn, from its French counterpart, Laboratoires Negma. The new entity will have Suzy Charbit and Jean-Luc Barnoux as Managing Directors, and Francois Schutze as its Chairman. Changing status to a limited company, Negma-Lerads increased its capital to FFr 451.4mn.

FRANCE: MOVEMENTS AT DAIICHI SANOFI

Article Abstract:

The French pharmaceutical company, Laboratoires Daiichi Sanofi, has appointed Marc Guyader as its new Managing Director, replacing Jean-Marc Porter. It announces the departure of Keitaro Yoshida and Edouard Panak from its Board of Directors, and the arrival of Jean-Michel Demeure Ecuyer. It has also changed its name to Laboratoires Daiichi Sanofi-Synthelabo.
