Effect of the structure of cobalt nanocrystal organization on the collective magnetic properties

Article Abstract:

Magnetic properties are compared when nanocrystals are either randomly isolated on a graphite substrate with local two-dimensional or one-dimensional studies. Theoretical and experimental structural effect with the magnetic properties of line made of cobalt nanocrystals is presented.

Cobalt(III) effect on (super 27)Ai NMR chemical shifts in LiAl(sub x)Co(sub 1-x)O(sub 2)

Article Abstract:

A detailed (super 27)Al, (super 59)Co and (super 7)Li MAS NMR study is carried out by using a high spinning speed in a high magnetic field. LiAl(sub x)Co(sub 1-x)O(sub 2) is synthesized by a citrate method providing a very reliable route for producing homogeneous samples.

Nanocrystal self-assemblies: fabrication and collective properties

Article Abstract:

The methods to obtain various mesostructures made of nanocrystals are described. These mesostructures create new physical properties, which differentiate isolated nanocrystals with those of a bulk phase.
