Quantum Health Resources provides therapies and support services to long-term chronic disease patients. The stock has declined twice from the $28 to $29 range to the $17 to $18 range. Insider sales were noted on the first upturn and the second bounce is prompting additional sales. Insiders cleared out 73,599 shares at an average of $19.88 from Feb to Apr 1993. Another shareholder disposed of 100,000 shares in late Apr 1993. Caution is recommended for the issue.

Vencor Inc

Article Abstract:

Four insiders recently sold more than 47,000 Vencor Inc shares at prices ranging from $26.25 to $28.75. Although the transactions did not mean a total divestment for these individuals, the fact that they are disposing of shares immediately after Vencor's share price is recovering from a $35 low is a cause for concern. This kind of behavior has often indicated that the share price will once again decrease.
