Three simple principles that dramatically boost corporate creativity

Article Abstract:

Company owners who wish to enhance their identity through creativity must refrain from adopting the so-called punishment-reward system since it tends to limit an individual's creative ability. By nature, creativity is difficult to address because employees manifest creativity when it is least expected. Firms are advised to conduct self-initiated activities which encourage employees to think and act creatively based on intrinsic motivations.
