The online information services of the big five accounting firms and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) were evaluated for timely and useful information. With the exception of PricewaterhouseCoopers, all the other firms, Andersen Consulting, Ernst and Young, Deloitte and KPMG, reported out-of-date press releases and conferences, and the CICA "What's new" sections reported current material, however, after navigating through three screens.

Content is more important than design, people's emotions should be stirred, and the clutter should be removed to make response options very clear.
