Article Abstract:

According to the section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, the use of any word, term, name or symbol that is likely to cause confusion as to the origin of the goods are prohibited. The revised version and classification of this act is explained with a suit by the Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation.
