Article Abstract:
Investment trusts can be affected by management changes though there should be some continuity from the board which gives more stability than unit trusts enjoy. The departure of a popular manager may affect the share price of an investment trust. Investors should assess whether managers are likely to leave. Some houses tend to have more management stability than average, such as Henderson Investors.
