In vivo bypass of hemophila A coagulation defect by Factor XIIa implant

Article Abstract:

Administration of recombinant Factor VIIa and Factor IX can overcome the coagulation defects associated with Hemophilia A and B respectively. Researchers have developed a continuous regeneration of Factor VIIa, which had formerly exhibited too short a half-life for clinical use.
